What we collect
Contact details you enter (name, email address, message); the store link of your game and the revenue range you select; technical data needed to operate and protect the site (IP address, browser type, timestamps); and the campaign parameters (UTM) and language through which you reached the site. If the conversation continues, you may send us sales reports by email; we treat them as confidential and use them only to evaluate the acquisition.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your request and evaluating a possible acquisition (steps taken at your request before a possible contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); protecting the site against abuse and fraud (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); anonymous usage analytics only if you consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); and complying with legal obligations such as bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who processes the data
Only authorized staff of OneTwoPlay B.V. can access requests. We use service providers for hosting, database, email delivery and bot protection under data processing agreements, in the EU where available. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
Requests are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you, unless an acquisition proceeds or the law requires longer storage. Security logs: 30 days. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language. Analytics cookies are only set after you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Send requests to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in access-restricted systems; staff access is limited and logged.
